About This Course

This course provides comprehensive guidance on the responsibilities of Process Owners, enabling them to articulate their work as a process. It offers essential education for overseeing the design, re-engineering, and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, particularly within the Agile Service Management framework. Participants will learn to apply Scrum practices to their Process Owner duties and utilize Agile and Lean principles to establish a minimally sufficient process while ensuring continual alignment of process performance with overall business objectives. A Process Owner is accountable for the performance of a process and for ensuring it delivers value to stakeholders. They manage stakeholder requirements, translate these requirements into performance objectives, and oversee the entire lifecycle of process design and improvement.
